<p>The voice data is extracted from the formant information each of which is divided to the linear transition section of the formant, and stored in the memory. An voice synthesiser (3) reads the data with the dividing region unit from a ROM (4) according to the input character coming through a PC interface (2). The band width and the formant frequency are calculated by the linear interpolation method after calculating the pitch and the energy of the read data, then the filter is formed according to the calculated formant information. The voice signal is synthesised by the filter. The frequency, band with, and the length at three starting points of the input character constructs the data base in the ROM (4).</p> |
