The framework component is made of foam set panels of polystyrole or polyurethane for improved insulation and has spacers provided to hold the panels firmly in equidistance. The panels are to remain on the concrete wall for insulation after the concrete construction. The spacer is designed to have an enlarged part at each end to be punched and bent for the punched part to form a plate perpendicular to the original plate and to be embedded in the panel. The spacer also has projections on the upperside to hole reinforcing steel rods. The joining sides of the panel are arranged to fit into one another snugly in shape. The spacers are provided more in number in the area under pressure than the other area.
