PURPOSE:To reduce the occupied area of a microwave circuit on a board and to make the impedance of the microstrip line high. CONSTITUTION:A tap groove 7a is farmed to a rear side of a semiconductor board 1 and an inner strip conductor 6 is formed to its bottom side, and part of the microstrip line, that is, part of a transmission line 1O1b is formed by an inner strip conductor 6 and a conductive base 4 at the rear side of the board. Part of the strip conductor 6 forming the microstrip line is formed in the inside of the board to reduce the occupied area of the microwave circuit is reduced on the board. Furthermore, air makes the dielectric body to the part of the transmission line 101b to make the impedance of the microstrip line high. |
