PURPOSE:To provide a ceramic material maintaining the characteristics of the ceramic material and enhanced in the toughness, and to provide a ceramic composite material having high functions producible only from the ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic material having high functions characterized by segregating, maldistributing or localizing the sites different in the concentration of at least one of parameters, such as component ratios and particle diameters, in the inner structure of the ceramic material, while, the distribution of the segregated, maldistributed or localized sites is homogeneous in the inner structure. |
