PURPOSE:To easily process a voice signal without large sized processing unit with immunity to the effect of noise such as wind and simple constitution by amplifying a low frequency component of an input voice signal according to a gain in response to a level of an input signal, adding the amplified signal to a signal other than the low frequency component and outputting the sum. CONSTITUTION:The amplification factor of a voltage controlled amplifier 4 is controlled in response to a voltage level of a detection signal obtained by detecting an output signal of the voltage controlled amplifier 4 at a detection circuit 5. After the gain is limited so that the signal of a low frequency component of the voice signal separated by a band pass filter 2 does not exceed a prescribed level and the result is fed to an adder 7. The adder 7 adds a signal of medium and high frequency component in the voice signal amplified by an amplifier 6 and the signal of the low frequency component of the voice signal amplified by the voltage controlled amplifier 4 whose gain is controlled and the sum is recorded onto a recording medium such as a magnetic tape at a recording section 8 of a next stage. |
