PAPER-REVERSING MECHANISM IN PRINTER

PURPOSE:To provide a paper-reversing mechanism with which a printer comes to be compact and simplified. CONSTITUTION:The title paper-reversing mechanism in a printer is composed by being equipped with a drive controller 24 which controls by driving rotation of a paper discharging roller 18 being near a junction 20 at which a basic path 12 and a duplex path 14 are branched and in front in a discharge direction of paper, and controls by driving a switching device 22 being provided near said junction and capable of guiding a rear end of the paper from said basic path to the duplex path, and a sensor 16 which transmits to said driving controller by detection of reaching a specific position of the rear end of the paper to be carried with said paper discharging roller.
