<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the operating load in surveilance and to shorten the required time. CONSTITUTION:An adding means 4 receives a process signal (a) and a simulated signal (d) and outputs an added signal (e) to a comparing means 2. The comparing means 2 outputs an alarm signal (c) when the added signal (e) becomes larger than a preset value (b). A memory means 5 stores the value of the added signal (e) at this time and sends a stored content signal (f) into a deviation operating means 7. The deviation operating means 7 outputs a deviation signal (h) between the stored content signal (f) and the preset value b' (=b). A discriminating means 8 discriminates the normal state or the abnormal state of the alarm signal (c) based on the deviation signal (h).</p> |
