PURPOSE:To obtain the title food uniformly heat-treated on the whole, fixed to an expected state of commodity by packing a filling material with a filmy food to give a food, placing the food on a specific roller and transporting the food while being rotated. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. filling material such as sweet potato or jam is used with 5-20 pts.wt. filmy material (preferably 100 pts.wt. wheat flour, 20-80 pts.wt.. egg, 20-50 pts.wt. fats and oils, 15-80 pts.wt. saccharide and 60-100 pts.wt. water), the filmy material is formed into an approximately circular shape and the filling material is packed with the filmy material to give foods, the packed foods B are placed on a great number of rollers 11 furnished endlessly and continuously, moving in an oven and the packed foods B are transported in the oven 20 while being rotated to give the objective good. |
