PURPOSE:To provide the picture data display device capable of retrieving necessary information effectively by displaying a large amount of data while thinning out information properly. CONSTITUTION:In a block division part 3, the picture data stored in a picture data storage part 2 is divided into plural blocks. Then, they are divided into plural units further subdividing each page in each block in a unit division part 6. A new page is reconstructed by combining these divided plural units in a page reconstruction part 7, and these are displayed on a picture data display part 8 in succession. |
