PURPOSE:To provide a printing controller which share a device main body controlling an external printer, distinguishable the product of device which uses the external printer having standard specifications with the device which uses the external printer having specific specifications. CONSTITUTION:Printer classification data corresponding to the printer having standard specifications which is selected and designated by a keyboard 2 is stored in a printer classification memory 10. When the printer having specific specifications is indicated by an AP disk set to an FDD 11, a printer switching control part 13 forcibly changes contents of the printer classification memory 10 to printer classification data of specific specifications. A printer control part 6 executes the operation control of the external printer based on printer classification data stored in the printer classification memory 10. |
