<p>PURPOSE:To improve the processing speed by modifying the data, which are stored in the prescribed address of a storage means, through the use of the setting signals generated in accordance with the mode signals and obtaining the data corresponding to the mode signals. CONSTITUTION:When mode signals are inputted to a setting signal generating means 2 in order to distinguish modes, the setting signal generating means 2 generates the setting signals which correspond to the mode. This setting signals are used to control a data modifying means, the data in the prescribed addresses of a storage means 1 are modified, outputted and the data, which correspond to the mode, are obtained. Because the data are obtained in this manner, no address layout is needed for the data which correspond to the mode, increases in the size of address and storage capacity are prevented thus, the percentage of the storage area with respect to the total semiconductor device area is reduced and the processing speed of the semiconductor device is improved.</p> |
