SORTING OF ERYTHROBLAST BY FLOW CYTOPHOTOMETRY

PURPOSE:To achieve a sorting and counting of erythroblast using a flow cytophotometry. CONSTITUTION:This invention is a flow cytophotometry method by two-stage dyeing which uses a first liquid as an acid low tension fluorescent dye solution and a second liquid as a solution for changing an osmotic pressure and a liquidity of the liquid. The first liquid contains a dye which enters into erythroblast to make a fluorescent dyeing of a nucleus thereof specifically. In a two dimensional distribution obtained from a flow cytophotometer, a group of erythroblasts is demarcated from other group of cells thereby calculating the results of sorting erythroblasts.
