PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency by shortening compression processing time by executing the compression processing of binary format data selectively, and developing vector format data to the binary format data. CONSTITUTION:A font development processing part 13 retrieves cache memory 10, and develops corresponding vector graphic format data to binary graphic format data by reading out from a font data storage part 11 when no binary graphic format data in accordance with a character targeted to make access exists, and performs the compression processing of the binary graphic format data developed when no compression format processing is instructed based on compression format instruction data stored in a register 12. |
