PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for a metal base multilayer printed substrate which prevents peeling of a metal layer and an insulating layer, and eliminates mixture of metal particles in a clearance hole at the time of laminating. CONSTITUTION:A step of surface treating both side surfaces of a metal plate 1 to be roughed to form uneven layers 11 thereon, and then covering both the surfaces of the plate 1 with adhesive layers 12, a step of adhering copper foils 5 to the layers 12, opening a clearance hole, then removing the foils 5, transferring the uneven shapes of the surfaces of the foils 5 to the layers 12 to form intermediate layers, and a step of pressure laminating prepregs between the intermediate layers, are provided. |
