PURPOSE:To improve shadow reproducibility, the scratch resistance of a silicone rubber layer and printing resistance. CONSTITUTION:When a primer layer, a photosensitive layer and an ink repellent layer are successively formed on a substrate to obtain a damping waterless photosensitive planographic printing plate, the primer layer is subjected to corona discharge treatment under conditions of 1-20W/m<2>/min. A thermoplastic, thermosetting or photosetting resin is used to form the primer layer and a photosetting resin or a photopolymerizable compd. is used to form the photosensitive layer. |
