<p>NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody, reactive with human terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase, and produced by a hybridoma of both a splenic cell immunized by bovine terminaldeoxynucleotidyltransferase and a mouse myeloma. USE:Useful for detecting a terminal deoxynucleotidyltransferase-positive cell by indirect fluorescent antibody technique and/or enzyme-labeled antibody tech nique. PREPARATION:A mouse splenic cell immunized by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase originating from such as thymus of normal cattle and a mouse myeloma are fused, and the resultant hybridoma is cultivated in vitro or transplanted into an animal abdominal cavity to produce the monoclonal anti body in a culture fluid or in a abdominal dropsy, and this antibody is collected.</p> |
