PURPOSE:To obtain a stable continuous oscillation output from a YAG laser second harmonic wave generator using a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:A parallel flat transparent glass plate 18 is inserted between a semiconductor laser 11 and an yttrium, aluminum, garnet(YAG) crystal 11, the plate 18 is inclined to a direction perpendicular to a junction surface of the laser 11, and further an angle formed between a polarizing direction of a light of the laser and an abnormal light ray axis of titanium, potassium phosphate (KTP) crystal is set to approximately 45 deg.. |
