PURPOSE:To improve an example display function so as to display more examples by utilizing cooccurrence information to be used for a cooccurrence function together with example information in a document preparing device having the example display function and a cooccurrence function. CONSTITUTION:When an example display specifying key 3a on a keyboard 3 is depressed, a CPU 1 sets up an example corresponding to a specified word in an example table 10 based on example information stored in an example dictionary memory 9. Then the CPU 1 forms the example corresponding to the specified word based on the cooccurrence information stored in a cooccurrence dictionary memory 8 and sets up the formed example in the table 10. The CPU 1 displays all examples set up in the table 10 on the screen of a display part 5. |
