发明名称 R-FE-CO-B-C PERMANENT MAGNET ALLOY REDUCED IN IRREVERSIBLE DEMAGNETIZATION AND EXCELLENT IN THERMAL STABILITY
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the irreversible demagnetization (a phenomenon where the residual magnetic flux density decreased at high temp. does not return to its original state when restored to ordinary temp.) of an R(rare earth element)-Fe-Co-B-C type permanent magnet and to improve the thermal stability of magnetic properties. CONSTITUTION:The magnet is a magnet of R-Fe-Co-M-B-C alloy (where R means at least one element selected from Nd, Pr, Ce, La, Y, Sm, Tb, Dy, Gd, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb and M means at least one kind selected from fluorides and nitrides). Respective magnetic crystalline grains of this alloy are covered with a grain boundary phase containing C by <=16wt.% (not including 0wt.%).
