PURPOSE:To improve the function of sampling processing by providing a parameter input means which sets an extraction rate and an initial value of each data classification of extraction object data having plural data classifications and extracting sample data by this parameter. CONSTITUTION:A parameter input means 2 receives the extraction rate and the initial value of each data classification as parameter values from a console 1. A parameter analyzing means 3 verifies the validity of the parameter. The parameter is transferred to a data extracting means 5 together with data 4 as the extraction object. The data extracting means 5 generates a table in accordance with extraction rates and initial values and extracts data by matching to data as the extraction object. For example, when the extraction rate of a data classification A is 1/100 and the initial value is '1' and '5', 1st, 5th, 101st, 105th,... data are outputted as sampling data to a data file 7. |
