摘要 |
PURPOSE:To simply introduce a biotin-added peptide into a desired protein in a high yield by the use of a recombinational vector containing a DNA chain obtained by bonding a DNA coding the protein to a DNA coding the biotin- added peptide. CONSTITUTION:A host cell is transformed with a vector containing a DNA chain obtained by bonding a DNA coding a desired protein to a DNA coding a biotin-added peptide. The transformed host cell is cultured to produce the desired biotin-added peptide-introduced protein. The biotin-added peptide is preferably transcarboxylase 1.3S sub unit originated from Propionibacterium freudenreichii. |
