PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for applying thermoplastic powder coating improved in close adhesiveness by sufficiently performing desired surface roughning treatment by holding a bottomed pipe material to which molten zinc plating is applied to high temp. state to apply hot polishing thereto. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus for applying thermoplastic powder coating, the positioning apparatus 4 of a pipe material is provided on the end side of the first passage 5 among two truck passages and an electrostatic coating apparatus 5, a second high frequency passage 16, a polishing apparatus 17 and a first high frequency passage 18 are successively provided on the end side of the second passage 6 and a water tank 19 is provided on the end side of the third passage 7 while the first truck 8 freely running through the first and second passages of the truck passages and the second truck 9 freely running through the second and third passages are arranged and chuck members 12,13 chucking the inner periphery of the pipe material are provided to both trucks. |
