An elongate crossbar having a channel passing longitudinally through. The crossbar comprises a pair of flexible and planar panels joined at an apex to form a V-shaped configuration forming the channel between. Each of the panels has outer ends opposite the apex, the panels being larger than usable for a duct prior to use and of such construction to allow trimming to a smaller width prior to placement in the duct. The panel outer ends and the apex fit snugly against opposite sizesof the duct wall of the duct such that the crossbar is held in a desired position within the duct. A stem has an internal lumen, the stem being joined to the crossbar such ta that the lumen flow communicates with the channel. |
