<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a one-chip microcomputer with small chip area by sharing an interface to read out data from a RAM cell and a ROM cell with the RAM cell and the ROE cell. CONSTITUTION:The output of a selector (1)5c and that of a selector (2)5d are directly connected as a pair of bit lines bitc, bitc', and a sense amplifier AMP3 and a buffer BUF 3 are shared with the RAM cell 6b and the ROE cell 7b, and furthermore, the interface 4c is comprised of MOS transistors TR1-TR6, inverters I1, I2, a resistor R1, and a system clock/phi.</p> |
