<p>The accumulation unit comprises a succession of groups (2) of idle rollers (3) that can be motorised. Motorisation is obtained by means of the engagement of the idle rollers (3) with rubber-coated rollers (4) mounted on respective shafts (7) made to rotate by belts (5). Such engagement may be accomplished by means of the activation of respective means of thrust (9), that act on frames (18) supporting the rotating shafts (7), that can be displaced vertically. Means for detection (11) arranged in the path of the transported articles operate said means of thrust (9) so as to disactivate them momentarily at each passage of a transported article over such means for detection (11). <IMAGE></p> |
