In accordance with the present invention, a means for information exchange between suppliable energy information from a plurality of energy supply facilities and energy demand information from energy utilizing apparatus and a means for selecting above described information are installed between the energy supply facilities and the energy utilizing apparatus, selecting the suppliable energy supply facilities which correspond to the energy demand information and are most effective by the means for selecting the information, and energy is provided to the energy utilizing apparatus from the selected energy supply facilities. Users utilizing energy are cheaply provided with the energy which is consumed by the energy utilizing apparatus, and consuming efficiency of energy is increased.
