<p>A door fitting device comprises a prefabricated ready to assemble frame which when assembled forms a rigid frame 4, which is smaller all round than the standard door size. A sliding sub frame 5 is attached to rigid frame 4. Adjusting screws 11 allow exact size of door to be formed when sub frame 5 is slid fully out. The door fitting device when adjusted to exact size of door is offered up to door frame and fixed vertically, horizontally and centrally on door frame by means of panel pins through pin holes in sliding bolts 8. The finished size of door is then formed by moving sliding sub frame 5 inwards parallel to door frame and floor to whatever clearance is required and wing bolts tightened accordingly. <IMAGE></p> |
