<p>PURPOSE: To transmit a signal and to receive a signal having a return frequency approximating the frequency of this transmission. CONSTITUTION: A signal-receiving equipment for a passive responder is provided with a probe 10, which transmits an exciter signal having a first frequency and receives a signal from the responder having a second frequency, and a receiver 100. The probe is provided with an exciter signal transmission antenna 14, having a secondary coil 34 and a primary coil 40 wound around the second coil. The secondary coil is tuned so as to resonate at the first frequency, and the receiver is provided with a coil drive means which inputs the exciter signal to the primary coil. The antenna is provided with a ferrite rod and a reception coil means 18 which receives the signal of the passive exciter, and the reception coil means is tuned so as to resonate in the second frequency.</p> |
