There is described a breaker plate for being disposed as one of a series of abutting breaker plates for forming a ring of breaker plates for use in a rock crusher, the breaker plate comprising an outer circumferential surface, an inner circumferential surface concentric to the outer surface, a first plurality of sides connecting a first end of the outer and inner surfaces, a second plurality of sides connecting a second end of the outer and inner surfaces, the first and second plurality of sides defining a pocket between abutting breaker plates and forming interlocking means for engaging abutting breaker plates. |
