It is composed of a refracting facet (7) through which the signal light and the front lighting pass at the incidence angles ( , - ) respectively, a reflective coating layer (13), a lower plank (9), an upper plank (12), a coated layer (10) through which the light from the refracting facet (7) passes, and an absorbing material (11) absorbing the light from the coated layer (10).
