PURPOSE:To collect the office-going/leaving data simultaneously with an ID discriminating operation by setting the ID discriminating operation executed at the time of office-going and at the time of office-leaving as the office-going time and the office-leaving time. CONSTITUTION:At the time of office-going, the ID discrimination is executed by allowing a card reader 1 to read the ID number (S-2), and when a result of ID discrimination is satisfactory, whether an attendant on that day allows the ID number to read first or not is decided from the recorded ID number in a RAM 4 (S-5). In the case of the beginning, the ID discrimination time is stored as the office-going data in a floppy disk together with its ID number (S-6). Subsequently, the ID discrimination time executed at the time of returning home is read out in the RAM 4 and stored as the office-leaving data in the floppy disk together with the ID number in the same way (S-8). |
