The circuit produces the address to record in distribution the digital voice data on a tape and to reproduce the data from the tape. The circuit comprises a first counter (40) for counting the reference clock column, a second counter (41) for producing the row address signal to store the digital voice data, an adder (44) for adding the outputs of two counters and producing the column address signal, and a pluraity of gates (42,43,45).
