The device for opening or closing door by an engaged arm moved by rollers sliding on two lines of guide rails, comprises a guide rail (10) having a displacement rail (11) arranged between inner frame-side latus (10a) and opposite latus (10b); an arm (3) pivoted on bracket (2) of upper door (1) and having a fixed bearing (6) on the end; upper eccentric shaft (6a) and lower arm shaft (6b) respectively supporting first and second rollers (7)(8) sliding on the respective rails (10)(11), which are eccentrically elongated to the bearing (6).
