PURPOSE:To facilitate input using a reference table and to give unique titles to respective documents by realizing input from a reference table and that from a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:A keyword reference table (reference table) is stored in the private areas of the same storage mediums storing document information. At the time of inputting the document titles, an operator clicks a keyword in the reference table which is previously registered by a keyword mouse 6. Thus, the selected keyword is displayed in the document title in an editing screen. Then, the inputted keyword is addition or elimination-edited hereafter and the new desired keyword is obtained. In such a case, the keyword in a reference table file is used only as the input of a character title in the document and any dependency does not occur in the file. |
