PURPOSE: To provide a distributor for a communication system which surely screens disturbing radiation, is adaptable to different conductors and plug connectors, and is easy to produce. CONSTITUTION: A distributor is provided with a housing 2 having a door 3 in the front part attached in a cabinet S, which has the upper part opened and is electromagnetically adapted and is shielded, and bars 4a and 4b have sections which open toward the wall in the rear part, and their upper end faces are closed and their lower end faces are opened, and an aperture part in the bottom of a housing remaining in the front part of bars is closed by a bottom plate 14. Plug connectors KL and KS and, when necessary, a switching device are attached to the bars 4a and 4b, and a permanently connected internal electric wire is led downward in bars and is led out of the housing 2 through opened lower end faces of bars and is connected to plug connectors, and an external electric wire 7 is led into the housing 2 from above.
