<p>PURPOSE:To provide an operation manual requested by an operator as decreasing memory capacity and to easily perform the change and correction of the content of the operation manual from a communication terminal. CONSTITUTION:The explanatory data of an operation content at the communication terminal is stored in an instruct information storage means 21 at every processing step required for the realization of the function of equipment provided with a communication function, and when the operation manual is requested, it can be edited and generated by combining the explanatory data in the instruct information storage means 21 by an edit control means 23, and it is transmitted to the communication terminal. Also, the correction request of the manual from the communication terminal is accepted, and the correction information of the step number of the explanatory data relating to the request is extracted and transmitted to the communication terminal, and when correction data is transmitted from the communication terminal, the correction of each explanatory data in the instruct information storage means 21 and the change/correction of the item of the operation manual are performed based on the correction data.</p> |
