PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance such as the exchange of a process cartridge by a user as in the conventional manner without making the process partridge heavy, large-size, and cost higher. CONSTITUTION:In the photosensitive drum driving device of an image forming device where the process cartridge 9 provided with a photosensitive drum 1 is constituted so as to be freely attached to and detached from the device main body, an inertial member 12 is provided on the device main body side of a driving part which transmits rotational force from the driving motor (driving source) 19 of the device main body to the photosensitive drum 1 in the process cartridge 9. Therefore, the process cartridge 9 keeps the same weight, size and cost as the conventional one, and the maintenance of the process cartridge 9 by the user is facilitated. |
