PURPOSE:To prevent electrolyte overflow with the fusion strength of a heat-press molding and a frame material increased by forming the outside dimension of a (J) back side carbon plastic plate 3-8mm smaller than the outside of a back surface insulating sheet. CONSTITUTION:The outside dimension of a back side carbon plastic plate 51 (even the outside dimensions of surface side and back side carbon plastic plates 32 and 51 are suitable) is formed 3-8mm smaller than the outside dimension of a polyethylene sheet 34. A brass mesh 31 is nipped between these plastic plates 32 and 51, and the plastic plate 32, brass mesh 31, plastic plate 51, and polyethylene sheet 34 are made thermocompression bonding to form an insert (collection electrode press molding) 52. Consequently a frame material and the insert 52 are firmly fused on not only the back surface but also the side surface to eliminate electrolyte overflow. |
