PURPOSE:To prevent the cost increase or scaling-up of a multicolor printing press caused by expanding the span between a plurality of printing drums or by providing a dryer between the printing drums. CONSTITUTION:A belt 14 (or a rotary body such as a large diameter roller) having clamps 15 is provided in order to respectively circulate a plurality of papers on a predetermined track surface and a plurality of printing drums 9a-9d are provided so as to be capable of being brought into contact with and separated from the track surface. One printing drum is allowed to act at each time when one paper is circulated on the track surface once - several times and the different printing drum is allowed to act at the time of the next circulation and, by repeating this operation, multicolor printing due to the respective printing drums is performed. By allowing the printing drums different from each other to act between respective papers, the printings using a plurality of the papers are simultaneously processed. |
