PURPOSE:To reuse sent-back power and make it effective by rotating a flywheel through an induction generator and recovering and accumulating it as rotation energy when the power becomes feedback power, in a power system which has a private generator operated in parallel with a power company. CONSTITUTION:In a power system, which is operated in parallel by the purchased power from a power company and the private power from a private generator, when power begins to be sent back, a power converter 1 operates in the direction of forward conversion from the signal of a feedback power controller 7, and power is sent back to an induction generator 11. This induction generator 11 generates motoring, and performs driving as a generator, and rotates a flywheel 13. This way, sent-back power is accumulated in the flywheel 13 as a rotation energy. Next, at purchase, the power converter 1 turns into the direction of reverse conversion, and the induction generator 11 changes from motoring into power generation, and generates power with the rotation energy, accumulated beforehand in the flywheel, as driving force. |
