PURPOSE:To improve the generating/updating efficiency of a document format by not only enabling the additional generation of the document format to be generated by referring to a similar format and correcting part of a control parameter, but extracting and correcting part of the control parameter even in the update of the document format. CONSTITUTION:An operation control part 1 selects the generating operation and the update operation of document format information, and extracts a specific document format from secondary storage in which plural document formats are stored, and a parameter discrimination part 6 discriminates the control parameter targeted to update from the control parameter other than an update target from the control parameter group of the document format extracted from the control parameter group of an extracted document format, and a parameter control part 7 corrects a discriminated update target parameter in parameter unit, and a synthesis part 10 synthesizes a corrected control parameter with the control parameter other than the update target, and generates the document format, and outputs it to an output part 20. |
