PURPOSE:To mold a resin molded product having a skin material whose surface has a pattern laminated thereto and having a deep or complicated uneven shape without generating debossing, wrinkles or rupture in the skin material. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum mold 1 having a molding surface 3 to which fine unevenness for forming a pattern is formed and other mold 5 are opened and a skin material 8 having a size protruding from the mating surfaces of both molds is supplied to the molds 1,5 to advance mold claming and held between the mating surfaces. The skin material is subjected to vacuum molding by the vacuum mold 1 to be shaped along the molding surface and a pattern is formed to the surface of the skin material 8. Next, a molten resin 9 is supplied to the molds by a supply apparatus 7 and mold clamping is further advanced not only to mold the molten resin but also to laminate the same to the skin material 8. |
