PURPOSE:To offer the X-ray detector which has a sufficient control effect, and also, can execute positioning with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A detector base 2 of an X-ray detector 1 is made by using a damping material which is excellent in its damping property, and also, strong in terms of strength. Moreover, a casing 3 of the X-ray detector is also made by using the damping material. In such a way, vibration transferred from a rack base is inhibited effectively, and also, positioning is executed with high accuracy. |
