PURPOSE: To obtain a synchronization possible diffraction grating with a low cost where multiple pieces of information are monitored and easily integrated in a semi-conductor device by synchronizing a diffraction grating and diffracting light wave length. CONSTITUTION: The diffraction grating 10 is synchronized by changing the interval 16 of strings 12 and 14 in the diffraction grating 10. The diffraction grating is constituted of the strings of electric conductive substance arranged on deformation possible substance 11. Deformation possible substance 11 is transparent as against light with multiple kinds of wave length. A means for impressing a voltage on the strings 12 and 14 of electric conductive substance changes the intervals 16 and 17 of the strings and the diffraction of the wave length of light 19 is changed. |
