PURPOSE:To prevent the dew condensation on the outer faces of the wall component by communicating the inside of the hollow section in the wall component with the rear of the ceiling and, at the same time, discharge surely the water drops formed by the dew condensation between the inside of the hollow section and the inside of the cabinet in the wall component during room cooling. CONSTITUTION:During the room cooling the air in a room 22 is taken in from the suction port 17 by a blower 19 and after it is cooled by an heat exchanger 20, it is blown out as cool air from the blow-out port 17. At this time the water drops condensed in the heat exchanger 20 are received in a drain pan 21 and then discharged to the outside. And the hollow section 2 formed in the wall component 1 is kept at high temperature and high moisture as in the rear 23 of the ceiling so that a temperature difference between the hollow section 2 and the rear 23 of the ceiling is difficult to develop and no condensation is formed on the outer face 1a of the wall component 1. Furthermore, the cool air that comes through the heat exchanger 20 hits the inner face 1b of the wall component 1 and a temperature difference between the inside of the cabinet 11 and the inside of the hollow section 2 develops and condensation is formed, but the water drops by the dew condensation is discharged surely from a discharge port 3 to the drain pan 21. |
