<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing a plastic sheet which can be easily formed so that the thickness of a skin layer at the recesses and protrusions of a formed article becomes uniform, without producing a large amount of useless plastic materials, and provide a method for forming the plastic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A powdered resin material 3a for skin is deposited on a predetermined product area PA on the surface of a foamed sheet 2. In this case, the resin material for skin is deposited so that the thickness of the resin material for skin becomes thicker at a portion in the product area, which corresponds to a deep drawing portion where the thickness of a skin layer becomes thinner when forming is performed by a forming mold. The resin material thus deposited on the foamed sheet is heated, whereby the resin material. for skin is melted to form a skin layer, and a plastic sheet is produced. When the plastic sheet having thereon the skin layer is formed by using a forming mold, a formed article whose skin layer has a uniform thickness can be obtained.</p> |
