The subject of the present invention is a handtool for increasing the passage cross-section of an elastic ring. This tool exhibits at least three noses (1d, 2d and 3d) each secured to a branch or handle (1b, 2b or 3b) and joined together by articulation means. These articulation means are set out so that when pressures are applied simultaneously to the handles, the noses pass from a position of rest in which they adjoin one another to a working position where they are separated and equidistant. <IMAGE>
