<p>PURPOSE:To insert a resin pipe into a pipe which has already been provided, without flawing the resin pipe, and enable the resin pipe to adhere reliably and closely to the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A film tube 3 having heat resistance and tensile strength is turned over and inserted with the aid of a pressure fluid into a pipe 1 which has already been provided and, while a fluid and air staying in the pipe are being expelled, the turned-over face of the film tube is advanced to cover the inner face of the pipe 1 with the film tube 3. According to this advance of the turned-over face of the film tube 3, a thermoplastic resin pipe 4, which is attached to the rear end of the film tube 3 and softened under heating, is gradually pulled and inserted into the pipe 1. After the thermoplastic resin pipe 4 is inserted into the pipe 1 throughout its entire length, the thermoplastic resin pipe 4 is expanded by heating, and a synthetic resin pipe is formed on the inner face of the pipe 1 via the film tube 3.</p> |
