PURPOSE:To provide a DNA containing a new cDNA coding human endoserine-3 useful as a treating agent for hypotension and a local vasoconstrictor. CONSTITUTION:The objective DNA contains a cDNA coding human endoserine-3 having a new amino acid sequence. The cDNA contains the base sequence of formula or is expressed by a part of the sequence. The DNA can be produced by separating mRNA coding human endoserine-3 from an endoserine-producing cell, synthesizing a cDNA, integrating into a phage, transforming a host cell, culturing the cell, separating the phage containing the objective DNA from the cultured transformant and cutting the objective cloned DNA from the separated phage. |
