The heat control method comprises the first step of directly detecting the cooker wall temperature by temperature sensing means (1) mounted on the outer side of the cooker, the second step of detecting indirectly the temperature of cooking food in the cooker, and the third step of controlling heat generation by the detected temperature. The cooker having a heat control includes a pot section (10) mounted with temperature detecting means (1) at the lower part, a control section (3) including ROM (31), RAM (32) and CPU (33). A main solenoid valve (41) and sub-solenoid valve (42) is switched by the temperature detecting means (1) in the control section.
